After beginning his carrier in oil trade, Sylvain joins Booz, Allen & Hamilton, a consulting firm in strategy. He supports big international clients in the field of utilities. In 1997, he starts a path of investor in capital-development, first in IDI group, then in the incubator Republic Alley, and eventually at Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners (EdRIP) that he joins in 2002 and where he is now one associate. Thus, for 20 years, Sylvain invests in small and medium sized growing companies, to fund their development and support their transformation and internationalization.
Sylvain is a graduate of HEC.

After beginning his career in banking and consulting, Jérôme has become an entrepreneur in 2000. He has since founded and managed several companies: mobile contets, mobile apps, social networks, digital adversting… Jérôme is a graduate of HEC 1987.

Olivier Chanut

Graduate of ESSEC, Olivier Chanut was appealed very soon by entrepreneurship, in order to be able to develop his projects freely. After a first experience in two multinational companies, in Asia and in France, he participates in the creation of Karavel-Promovacances in 2001 and then decides to take over a small company, Dakota Editions. After having sold it in 2015, he has just launched a new digital startup in the field of leisure: CapAdrénaline.com
Besides his entrepreneurial activities, Olivier has also been always committed to social economy. He is the Treasurer of the nonprofit Unis Cité since 2003 and participates in the development of Investir&+ since the beginning.

After 24 years in communication, of which 6 as the President of DDB France Group, Jean-Pierre has come back to his first occupation: Consulting.
An occupation where his financial experience and as a company director gives him the legitimacy to support managers and investors in strategic missions leading to mergers or fundraising.
At DDB France, Jean Pierre has initiated and developed DDB Share, an internal foundation dedicated to social entrepreneurship.
Jean Pierre is keen on golf and sports, it is no coincidence if his M&A company is called Ryder&Davis.
Jean-Pierre is a graduate of Sciences-Po Paris, married, 3 children and not grandfather yet!

Aymeric Marmorat

Passionate about social entrepreneurship and pedagogy, Aymeric is committed for more than 10 years to develop the entrepreneurial spirit and involvement of young people at the service of society.
Aymeric is the general manager of Enactus France, an organization present in 36 countries, offering educational programs dedicated to entrepreneurship and social innovation. He is also a board member of the Mouvement des Entrepreneurs Sociaux (Mouves).
Co-founder of La Ruche, the first collective workspace in Paris for social entrepreneurs, Aymeric also participates as a facilitator and coach on social entrepreneurship, leadership, team building (HEC, ESSEC, Euforia, Les Déterminés, Social Factory, Ticket for Chance).
Aymeric is a graduate of the Management Scool of Normandy in entrepreneurship and has a master degree in Audit/Finance.

Olivier could have become a banker, he has started his career as a consultant and eventually he has chosen to become an entrepreneur, as much by risk appetite as by curiosity. He created several companies in financial services. The last one, Eres, is specialized in employee saving plans and employee shareholding. He is now an expert of the sharing mechanisms of profit in companies, from the SMEs to the CAC 40 big companies. As he always says, “to share value, you first have to create it”. Graduate of HEC, married, 3 children, Olivier is more and more committed in social economy, through his profession, his involvement in several nonprofits and Investir&+.

Stéphane Mouton

Stéphane has experienced most of “Corporate finance” occupations for 25 years. He has put his skills at the service of the development of several industrial groups. His career also led him to intensely practice crisis management and recovery operations.
Having an entrepreneurial mindset, he has created in 2005 his own consulting and training firm that supports companies during takeover operations, for individuals but also for private investment funds.
Since September 2013, he manages Institut Fontaine, training organization in management and leadership.

Mikael Thepaut

After having learned a lot in IT services of big companies (Capgemini, Unilog), Mikael co-founds, in 2018, EXL Group, an IT consulting company that will become a reference player in Business Intelligence/Bigdata within 8 years, with more than 400 employees.
In 2016, EXL merges with the group TALAN. As a member of COMEX, Mikael becomes the international director.
Mikael is a graduate of the executive MBA of HEC.

Jean Marc Druesne

Jean Marc is an entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience, at the crossroads of Tech and creative industries.
His first professional life was as director of music labels (Labels / Virgin / EMI), supporting artists such as Daft Punk, Moby, Interpol, Yann Tiersen. He then joined Google to manage the Media and Entertainment division. Within Google, he was responsible of the monetization of Youtube, at the crossroads of the world of advertizers and content creators. Jean Marc co-founds his first startup in 2014, Octoly, the leader SaaS platform and marketplace in influence marketing. Octoly develops quickly in Europe and in US, with a community of +20 000 micro-influencers and the biggest fashion/beauty/luxury brands.
Jean-Marc graduated from EDHEC Business School, he is trained in Ericksonian hypnosis and practices meditation a lot.

Emmanuel de Courcel

Graduate of ESSEC, Emmanuel de Courcel has been working for 8 years at Boston Consulting Group, in Paris and in New York, on strategic issues for distribution and retail companies. Then, he worked for 8 years in the L’Occitanie Group, as Europe General Manager and General Manager for the brand Le Couvent des Minimes. Then, he founded in 2012 Retail Int., a company that draws on a mathematical model to help retailers evaluate the performance of their stores and monitor their development. Since 1998, he is a member of the board of Sport dans la Ville, a nonprofit helping the professional integration of youngsters from disadvantaged background. He is member of the board of Investir&+ since 2012.
