Vincent Fauvet
Executive President
After starting his career in humanitarian associations, in refugees camps at the Thai border, in India and in Cambodia, Vincent Fauvet joins the investment bank of BNP Paribas Group in 1997, in France, then in Chile and Brasil.
Meanwhile, he also creates Fair Planet, an incubator of social enterprises with Jérôme Schatzman.
Vincent Fauvet comes back in Europe in 2004 to manage the group Saint-Maclou.
In 2011, he decides to reconcile his experiences in the nonprofit sector and classic entrepreneurship. Thus, he becomes President of Fair Planet, that becomes Investir&+ in 2012, in order to foster the emergence and the scale up of others social businesses.
Vincent is Parisian, he is married and has 5 children. He is a graduate of HEC and of a master of the University Paris IX Dauphine.
Vincent loves all cultures in the world, especially in a plate.
Antoine Michel
Partner
Antoine Michel starts his career at Ford France, then in the consulting firm Oliver Wyman. In 2000, he joins the TV channel MCM (Lagardère group) in order to develop digital activities.
In 2005, he becomes COO of Trace TV, an editor of international, urban and Afro-Caribbean music channels. He contributes to its development until it reaches €25M turnover and 120 employees. He sells his shares to participate in the creation of the startup studio RedPill, of which he is still a shareholder.
He joins Investir&+ in 2018 to bring his operational and entrepreneurial skills to impact entrepreneurs. He is also the Secretary-General of Tech for Good France and board member of the Mouves (Mouvement des Entrepreneurs Sociaux).
Antoine is from Pyrenees and he has lived in La Réunion. He has been a Parisian for 25 years. He is married and has 2 children.
He is a graduate of HEC Paris and could have been a professional music blind test player.

Mari Kameyama
Investment Officer
Mari Kameyama discovers social entrepreneurship thanks to the CSR program of Audencia Business School. Soon, she is convinced that this is what she wants to dedicate her professional projects for. After tens of conferences, books and an internship year in social economy, she chooses the Major Corporate Finance of her business school in order to put her financial skills at the service of the development of impact businesses. Investir&+ was thus the perfect place to begin her career.
Mari is a real music lover and she is always seeking the social messages behind music, starting with electro-punk!
